At Crave Travel, we curated bespoke itineraries with much thought and care put into each day on tour. Every itinerary is unique and has listed out exactly what is included for each trip. Crave Travel’s tours do not include your round trip flights from your home to the main destination, but our sister company VDB Curated Travel would be happy to help book your flight, should you need assistance.
What are the fee structures?
Crave Travel requires a 20% non-refundable deposit when booking any of our trips. Full payment is due six (6) weeks from the first day of the trip. Please review our terms of service for any additional information.
Will I be sharing a room with a stranger?
Our trips are meant to be intimate and bespoke, so we have limited the number of travelers to 12 or less per trip. All pricing is based on two persons traveling together and sharing one room. As some accommodations may be smaller and boutique style, there may be times where single supplements are limited. For all other accommodations there should be an option to pay additional for a single supplement room if you are a solo traveler. Each trip will specify the rooming style and category.
What if I have food restrictions?
As all our trips have a focus on food. If you have significant food restrictions we suggest reaching out to one of our Crave Travel team members to ensure the tour you want to book will be able to accommodate your requests.
What if I miss a connection or my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We recommend you purchase travel insurance through our sister company VDB Curated Travel. This will help in the event you miss your flight and end up needing to meet us after the tour has started.
Does the itinerary ever change after booking?
The short answer is yes. While we have carefully planned and organized our itineraries, there may be circumstances beyond our control that necessitate changes to the tour. Please rest assured that should any changes occur, our priority will be to ensure that the replacement(s) is of equal or higher quality and standards.
